At Treehouse Genealogy we don't believe in offering our clients confusing research packages, but prefer to offer our services at an hourly rate of £23 per hour so that our clients can tailor research to their own requirements no matter how big or small the job might be.
This can be anything from an entire family tree, to researching one line of your family or just one particular person or family group.
We also offer a free initial consultation to ascertain enough information is available to carry out a search on your behalf . At this point will also provide you with a research proposal which will estimate how many hours research might be required.
The results of all research completed will be in the form of a professional report and tree where applicable and we will advise on completion proposals for potential further research.
We can also carry out this service as a gift for a friend or relative so that you can present it them in the format of a lovely presentation folder and printed tree for them to enjoy.
Ancestral Research will involves searching Statutory Birth, Marriage & Death certificates Post 1855, Census Returns (1841-1911), Old Parish Registers (pre 1855), Wills & Testaments, Directories, Burial Records, Monumental Inscriptions, Trade Records, Newspaper articles, Court Case documents and military records to name but a few.
This above list is not exhaustive and we can also carry out single look ups and document retrieval where required!
